I am a qualified and experienced therapist with a diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. My work is accredited by the UK General Hypnotherapy Standards Council which means that I adhere to a set of regulations and stay up to date with the latest techniques to ensure the clients I work with are receiving the very best results.

As well as managing my own practice in Brighton and London, I also work for the National Smoking Cessation Institute (NSCI) providing hypnotherapy to their members as part of the overall quit smoking programme.
My background prior to training as a Hypnotherapist was in Sales, Marketing and Recruitment in London and also Sydney. My interest in hypnotherapy started in 2004 when I was handed a flyer for 'stopping smoking' outside Chancery Lane tube station. After successfully stopping smoking through this hypnotherapy session, I then explored how it all worked and realised how effective it can be not just for stopping smoking but also for so many other common human problems we encounter in today’s society.  One major benefit was the ability to be able to manage the stresses and strains of a busy and demanding lifestyle and how hypnotherapy can help to achieve those results in relatively quick timescales. It was at this point that my interest and fascination grew to a point that I decided to do this professionally and work with other people to improve their lives too.
